  • Computers will not be provided for any speakers.
  • The local organization is not responsible for the safety and security of speakers' computers.
  • The Plenary Lecture Room MW HS 2001 is fully equipped with a screen and data projectors. Presenters requiring special adaptors (other than VGA or HDMI connection) must provide their own.
  • All other breakout rooms are equipped with a screen and a data projector. Presenters requiring special adaptors (other than VGA or HDMI connection) must provide their own.
